All The Skirts: Sis Boom & Imagine Gnats

We have the final skirt for All The Skirts: Sis Boom & Imagine Gnats skirt for you today! Be sure to scroll all the way to the end of this post to enter the Rafflecopter giveaway for your chance to with Sis Boom patterns and Imagine Gnats fabric for yourself.

The Scallopini Skirt by Sis Boom patterns is really special!  When we saw the Scallopini Skirt, we loved the shape and flounce of it so very much, that we knew when we made it, we had to keep those elements at the forefront.

We think we accomplished this by using all one fabric, the Lennox Garden cotton lawn and of course sparkly blue tulle.

We think the Scallopini Skirt and the Imagine Gnats fabric are the perfect pair!  (Note: Imagine Gnats is out of the Lennox Garden cotton lawn, but this one would work nicely with some pink or even red tulle!)

The Scallopini Skirt’s scallops were very easy to make following the explicit step by step instructions.  No trouble at all!  (This was our first time making scallops.)  We made this skirt very long for Annie…in the hopes that she will be able to wear it for more than one season!  Annie reports that the Scallopini Skirt makes her feel like a fairy.

And that fabric!  Besides perfectly accentuating the Scallopini Skirt, it is so soft and easy to work with.  I think Annie would sleep in this skirt if I let her!

During the photo shoot, there were so many ladybugs flying around that Annie, portraying a fairy, pretended to catch one, use her wand to turn it into a fellow fairy, and blow it free again!
