Euro Knit Fabric Review

Recently we had the opportunity to try some Euro knit fabric. During the Pantone Party at Project Run & Play, we were offered some knit fabric from Lillestoff, and we jumped at the opportunity. Euro knits are reputed to be very high quality, ultra soft, and long lasting. So we wanted to know how Euro knit fabric measured up.

The fabric we chose is an organic jersey knit fabric. It has cute tropical birds on it in yellow and shades of grey. Even if it wouldn’t have lived up to the hype, it sure would have scored high on the cuteness range!

But it DID live up to the hype. And it’s still living up to the hype! It’s softness is beyond compare, and the adorable tropical birds are still very vibrant without any fading. Very, very high quality.

For this dress, we used the Indigo Dress and Romper Pattern. This pattern fits Tina so well, and she LOVES the twirl factor! The only change we made was to add a gathered row a lace where the bodice meets the skirt. It just makes the yellow P.O.P. and that’s a good thing.

Lillestoff has very darling Euro knit fabrics, and the designs are uniquely European…which is a look we love! They also carry some pretty amazing solids, which we got to try too. Watch for the review of that…

Tina paired her Indigo Dress with Frances Leggings for these photos.

We were gifted this fabric from Lillestoff, but all opinions are our own, and honest!
