Next up, we sewed the Limone Lounge Set. And we sewed just about every single view of this versatile pattern.

The Limone Lounge Set is everything you ever needed for strolling into town to get your favorite flavor of sorbet! Breezy silhouette with elasticated waist. Make pant, crop, Bermuda or shorts lengths, or a skirt in knee or maxi length. Optional patch pockets, drawstring, and paper bag waist on all styles.

The Limone Lounge Set can be sewn in sizes newborn to 14. Which is a good thing considering how many different sizes we sew for around here!

In this photo, you can see Baby in Limone Shorts, Lowell & David in Limone Pants, and Annie in a Limone Maxi Skirt. We did use solid knit in mink from Art Gallery Fabrics for these.

And backing up a little bit, we sewed a muslin of the Limone Maxi Skirt for Annie using a sheet! After sewing it, we realized we needed to add just a little more length. Huh, wonder where she gets those long legs from?

After sewing a test version, and one from knit fabric, it was time to sew one for Annie to go with the capsule wardrobe collection we were creating for her using the Project Smooth Sorbet patterns. We used this very lovely rayon linen in olive from Raspberry Creek Fabrics, and frankly, the rest of us are jealous!

This Limone Maxi skirt works very will with every other piece in her wardrobe! Talk about a staple piece!
