Now that you know what the “ingredients” are for the 1 Year Old boy capsule wardrobe, today we’re sharing the separates. Well most of them!
First up is our new favorite tshirt pattern,the Lemon Tee pattern from Project Run & Play. We love this pattern because there are so many different options, and the inside is so beautifully finished. And once we have a pattern cut out in the right size, it makes sense to make as many as possible, right?
This one is Heather grey jersey knit fabric with painterly navy stripe fabric (similar here. It’s a very soft fabric, and that’s why we claim we’re hugging him so much.
The next Lemon Tee uses a chocolate brown jersey knit fabric with dark gray jersey stripe. Baby is wearing these with some Cobalt Shorts (pattern from Project Run & Play.) The adorable sloth jersey fabric (similar here) pairs so cutely with this top, don’t you think?

Next up is a Lemon Tee in painterly navy stripe fabric (similar here) with Heather grey jersey knit fabric stripe. Baby is wearing these with some Cobalt Shorts pattern from Project Run & Play in chocolate brown jersey knit fabric. Do you see how he’s posing with his little foot? Such a clown/doll/cutie!
The final Lemon Tee used an up cycled t-shirt tee with Salt Life graphic (remember when we showed it to you earlier?) And again those Cobalt Shorts. Plus new (used) boots his big sister found for him!
Next up is a Thyme shirt (pattern from Project Run & Play) in blue arrows jersey knit (similar here) fabric. He’s wearing them with a pair of Morocco Pants (pattern coming soon to Project Run & Play) made with khaki fabric.
We told you there was a refashioned shirt in the 1 year old BOY capsule wardrobe. We made it simply by cutting off the long sleeves from a button up shirt that still fit him. Easy peasy! He’s wearing them with a pair of Morocco Pants pattern in mustard rayon/linen blend fabric.
Here’s that final pair of Morocco Pants modeled with a Polo Romper. They are made with chocolate brown twill fabric with a khaki fabric stripe.
